Shipping and Returns: Shipping Policy: Items that are in stock: Our goal is to ship your order the same day that it is placed. If the order is in stock and placed prior to 12:00 Noon (pacific time) than it will usually go out the same day (over 95% of these orders) without any special handling required by you. If received after 12:00 Noon, we still try and get it out the same day (until shipping carriers cut off) and if not it will ship the following business day. The amount of time in transit is based upon your shipping method choice. Large orders may take an extra day due to the need for extra processing time. Items that are in stock: We prefer to ship all items in stock to you upon placing your order and any items that are not in stock may be shipped upon receiving the back order. We will be happy to quote you an estimated time of arrival on any back ordered items. If you would like to have the whole order held until it is ready to ship complete you must specify to do so otherwise we will ship partials. The freight charges listed on any orders or quotations are estimates only and may change based on our actual charges for your order. If any changes are needed, you will be notified for approval prior to shipment. If the problem is our mistake: we will make it right! This my include returning product to us, in which case we will arrange to cover the costs of shipment and exchange of product. Otherwise we may be able to take back some items that are in new condition, with a restocking fee.
